警告：对工具进行维护保养前，必须将工具的电源切断 

1、 保持工具完整，清洁。通风口畅通，及时给工具添加润滑油。 
2、 经常检查电源线，电源插头，开关是否良好；钻头是否锋利等。如有故障或部件损坏，请专门人员进行修理或更换部件。 
3、工具使用后，要及时保养。外壳脏了以后，可用柔软的布擦拭，不可使用溶剂，如汽油，酒精，四氯化碳，氨水等，否则会损坏部件。 
4、不要使电源线接触热源，油脂。防止电源线擦破，割破轧坏。 
5、工具不用时，应放在干燥，清洁和无腐蚀气体的环境中。如工具损坏，要送指定的修理部修理。错用工具或由非专业人员修理工具所发生的任何损坏，均不属于三包范围。 
注意事项 
1、使用环境条件：（1）海拔不超过1000m;（2）环境空气温度不超过40℃，（3）空气相对湿度不超过90%(25℃)； 
2、操作前要可靠接地，工作场所必须保持清洁，穿戴绝缘手套、胶底鞋、防护镜，不可让工具被雨淋； 
3、外部电源电压与额定电压波动不大于5%； 
4、系好安全带，以免突然断电工具失去磁性，造成事故； 
5、长期停用的电钻，使用前必须先检查其绝缘电阻是否大于2MΩ。若达不到，必须进行干燥处理，直至其绝缘电阻大于2MΩ后方可使用； 
6、操作时，吸盘必须置于牢固且足够大的平面和厚度的钢板构件上（钢板厚度不低于12mm），以保证其有足够的稳固性； 
7、在弱磁性材料上作业（铜、铝、非金属等）则必须加装钢板辅助基面； 
8、请按规定使用速率操作机器，勿让其超负荷，可达到最佳工作效率并提高工作安全； 
9、电磁铁长时间工作后，应断开电磁铁电源开关，以降低其温度，然后再继续工作； 
10、维修及更换零部件或附件时，务必断开电源（直接拔出机器的电源插头）； 
11、发生机械故障时，必须由专业人员进行检查、维修，否则可能会给操作者带来危险； 
12、细心地保养磁力钻，并及时更换合适的配件，定期检查，并妥善地放于干燥且儿童无法取得之处。工作时，更不要让儿童触摸工具和延伸线； 
13、吸盘不可接触尖锐的金属、砂石等，以免影响吸盘底部的平整度及碰伤吸盘底部的线圈而发生危险； 
14、导板、齿轮的机械摩擦部位应适时添加润滑油，防锈防呆； 
15、不要与腐蚀性气体及酸碱等化学物质接触。
